MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

October 24, 2007

The Special Board Meeting of the Nevada State Board of Nursing was called to order by President Helen Vos, MS, RN, on October 24, 2007, by videoconference at the locations of Nevada State Board of Nursing, 2500 W. Sahara Ave, #207, Las Vegas, NV  89102, and Nevada State Board of Nursing, 5011 Meadowood Mall Way #300, Reno, NV  89502.

D.   DISCIPLINE PROGRAMS

1. Settlement agreements

 a.  Leibold, Sally, RN50696:  It was moved and seconded the Board accept the Agreement for  Monitoring for violation of NRS 632.320 (7) unprofessional conduct, and NAC 632.890 (9) impaired practice. MOTION CARRIED.

2.  Formal administrative hearings

a.       Hodges, Robert, RN50846, CRNA000284:  Respondent was present with counsel.  This item was continued to November 29, 2007.
