Endorsing Into Another State |

you are using your Nevada license or certificate to endorse into another
state:
As of December 1, 2010, the Nevada State Board of Nursing will no longer be verifying Nevada licenses to other state boards of nursing. Verification of Nevada licenses will be processed through the National Council of State Board of Nursing via the NURSYS system. You may contact
the NURSYS License Verification Department at (866) 819-1700 or via
the web https://www.nursys.com
. There is a $30 fee for NURSYS to verify your license to
another state. |
